At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the US. Items will be shipped via USPS within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you asap! Once your order has shipped, your tracking information and expected delivery date will be emailed to you.
Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote via email orders@clementinerose.com . If you live in the NYC area, we can also arrange expedited shipments via messenger upon request.
We like to do our part for the environment so your items are often packed in recycled newspapers or our fav magazines whenever we can. We do not use Styrofoam peanuts or other wasteful packaging (yuck!). Our tissue paper is made from recycled materials.
Gift Wrap / Gift BagsIs this a gift? Aren't you sweet! We will happily gift wrap any* purchase for $6.95. If you would prefer to wrap it yourself, we will include an appropriate sized gift bag, ribbon and tissue paper for $3.95. Let us know your preference during check out.
*Unfortunately, Wagamama Baby Zabus are not available for the gift wrap option.
Payment OptionsWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash via Paypal. Please note, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this option.
Returns & ExchangesWe want you to be happy! If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition (with the tags on) within 21 days. If you would like to make a return, please contact us via email at orders@clementinerose.com with your order number. We'll give you a Return Tracking Number so that we know to expect a return. Please make sure we receive your return within 21 days of the original shipping date along with the Return Tracking Number for a refund or exchange. Refunds will take up to 10 days to process. Your refund amount will not include your original shipping costs and all return shipping will be at your expense. Please email us if you have any questions about our return policy. |
